To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗沙田宜家傢俬食嘢，呢度長期都好多人排隊等位，因為性價比真係高，同埋嘢食嘅味道都唔差。我係喺附近讀中學嘅，以前都冇咁熱鬧，而家就真係次次嚟都爆棚，唯一冇變嘅就係我都係咁鍾意食呢度嘅煎雞翼，好抵食！$20就有八隻！而且隻隻個皮都超級脆今次仲叫咗煙三文魚凱撒沙律，同埋肉丸配薯蓉。見到餐湯係蘑菇湯都不左一碗，嗰餐湯就唔係幾好飲，好鹹。煙三文魚凱撒沙律就唔算太新鮮，同埋我唔係好鍾意佢啲醬好「澀」。肉丸就不嬲都係咁嘅味，自從知道入邊有馬肉之後我就冇再食🤣
