To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

小籠包皮又厚啲肉又鯹雪菜毛豆百葉又咸又重味噌鍋貼勁油海蜇頭勁硬？硬到咬唔開 90蚊十塊都唔知有無糖醋魚。。條魚俾佢炸到硬到好似咕嚕肉咁！全部都唔好食 唔好食！！！！！！又油又厚皮又重味噌咁難食嘅上海菜竟然可以係香港生存倒！！！！以後一定唔會再幫襯！！！！！！！其他分店都唔洗稔服務態度中中挺挺不過食品質素完全唔掂！！！3個人4舊幾水 完全唔知食左啲乜？？？？？完全哂左個胃 直頭係呃鬼佬嘅食物質素難食到爆！！！！
