To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

咁啱行過呢間餐廳，閂工嘅我諗住黎個放鬆嘅晚餐。一入到去先發現境意外地舒服，打檔位、擺盤都幾有心思。餐牌上面嗰啲菜聽落都好平民，但係我啱啱口味，決定試吓佢地嘅簽名菜。首先，個泰式凍檸茶好消暑，味道正中夏天嘅清新，飲完一杯再要咖一杯！跟住嚟個泰泰雞，真係幾夾，雞肉外酥內嫩，啖啖肉咁滑，泰式醬汁酸酸甜甜，夠kick，啖啖開胃！但係講真，今日惊喜就係個素肉丸子。淨係睇，你根本分唔到係唔係真肉，食落去嘅口感都係咁彈牙。加上個番茄醬汁酸酸地，簡直Perfect match！同埋個薯蓉，滑溜溜嘅，香濃又唔油，真係撈到晒我個心啊！淨係嗰三樣已經令我好滿足喇，真係要向幕後嘅廚師手勢致敬，佢地將平民食材變成咁高水準嘅料理。下次經過，一定會再入黎食！哩度嘅美食，係會令你想念，一試難忘嘅！🍽️🌿✨
