試食左幾個潮州菜必吃,有鵝片、烏頭魚飯、𧐢烙。鵝片汹水有深度有層次,但鵝片切到鵝件咁,亦溝入其他部位,識食嘅就知唔應該「參」的。烏頭足秤但要加錢,都要接受啦。𧐢餅亦童叟無欺,夠份量,𧐢鮮,屬港式𧐢餅。最失望係無白粥,唔知大家點睇,但潮菜店無白粥就好似燒味鋪無白飯咁。講句公道話,喺坑口有咁嘅一檔已經算非常好,背負住老店嘅招牌,當然有壓力,睇到佢地上下係齊心想做好,只係要時間上軌道。

Other Info. : 單都未埋已經收好枱同擺埋下一枱客嘅杯碟,我口鵝肉仲趙緊就連杯茶都被人收走。唔使咁心急下話,訂得位嘅都會等多幾分鐘,回頭客都好緊要架。
