原來一邊燒肉一邊燒蔬果,蔬果酵素浸入d肉到,可以令到d肉更稔身。而想有效咁鎖住肉汁,就要留意燒肉上碟時唔好急住食,要等佢冷卻一陣,咁就可以鎖住肉汁,令肉香更濃。

塊葉係俾我地包住塊魚食,話會冇咁腥味。
另外,亦配有小量薑絲除腥味。
腥味就唔多覺,只覺得唔夠肥美,有點失望。好在有個秘製鰻魚汁幫佢加分。

落單要揾好多人先可以成功落單。樓面上唔知係佢地有好多新人定係分工,重之落單既人就少。
其中有個職員更浪費了一份五花腩,唔小心掉左落地,睇見就可惜。

Other Info. : 邊爐蛋同芝士粟米係無限添加,我地四個人,添加左四次。前菜,沙律同生菜都係無限添加,不過我地四個食肉獸冇乜點理會呢幾份食物。
