一間餐廳,能夠搵到卓頭或者創造一款招牌菜實在不容易,我搬左黎荃灣成年,係不同平台就聽得多,但係試就未試過啦。今日剛剛好門口有錶位泊到車,咁啱又係搵野食,好啦,就試下啦!餐廳門口以一部拉麵販賣機,見到有位坐之後就自己落單,我地就點左一個黑蒜油拉麵同埋魚介拉麵,試野就當然係試多幾款啦,一個選曲麵,一個選直麵。入到去啦,廚房係以開放式設計,抽風極差,入到去就感覺到好大味,不過調轉角度黎講,咁樣就重可以增加食慾啦!首先魚介拉麵,魚味非常濃郁,配料是凍的,非常欣賞佢的筍同溏心蛋,溏心蛋係有下苦工的,絕對合格,半熟的美味口感,令人難以忘懷,麵的口感也非常好,彈牙,而且有麵香味,推介。黑蒜油拉麵,湯好重蒜味,而且你好係可以食到蒜粒,湯好濃,叉燒黎講都可以,夠大塊,而且係半肥瘦,有口感,我地兩個都快食晒,清光啦,會再黎幫襯。
