朋友好鍾意依間超老牌酒家,話食海鮮同蒸魚唔錯 所以介紹嚟食。辣酒花螺湯汁襯熱飲咗兩啖都唔錯,有啲芽菜、菇、粉絲。粉腸魚卜煲幾正,兩樣食材本身都鍾意食,魚卜夠滑唔腥,粉腸都係要襯熱食就好粉好軟腍一凍咗就硬。雞蛋焗魚腸出色過彪記,魚腸唔腥,另外再加啲胡椒粉一齊食,值得叫。本來想問魚缸仲有咩魚,佢話全部同一種 得返星斑。傳統啫啫煮法雖然”Really not my thing” 因為好怕煮到柴嘅雞肉,豬膶都有啲過熟。但雞煲比陳根記好。不得不說菜乾豬肺湯幾好,料足,豬肺乾淨好食。整體食物OK,不過有心理準備環境會有🪳
