To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去到健威坊附近,都有唔少食肆選擇,比如話呢間。記得呢間野曾經改名再裝修,不過野食同餐牌就無乜點變,唯一留意到改咗係我食開嘅"泰式辣肉炒河"就變咗印尼撈麵。以前食記得河粉底好食啲,因為河粉面大啲,"索"多啲汁,而且多啲配菜炒,大大碟好夠食。相反而家轉左印尼撈麵就細碟咗好多,而且有啲格格格不入。另外無變係呢個泰式滷水豬手飯,外觀味道都無乜改,估計兜滷水汁既配方相同。係下午茶嚟講,46蚊連凍飲已經未算實惠,加上碟頭細左而且店內裝修開始老化,真係有啲擔心有少一間。
