家下諗邊度食飯,餐廳嘅良知係考慮因素之一,不過有堅持有質素嘅餐廳就唔係時時都見到,呢間除咗後生仔,都有唔少中年嘅客群,唔通真係咁好味?羅宋湯煮得唔會過酸過甜,拿捏得宜麵包浸湯更回味5成熟嘅肉眼扒啱啱好,醬汁唔會太乾,薯蓉濕度剛剛好軟殼蟹雖然係炸,但咬落肉汁解鎖,意粉沾滿黑松露醬,滿分呀伯爵茶莓蜜幾有驚喜喎胃民就嗌咗檸檬茶雞翼煮得非常入味,啲汁好食到連沙律都要浸晒啲醬先食北海道嘅蜜桃喎,一定唔簡單雪葩超smooth,滿滿果香又唔死甜雖然餐廳位置幾多,但老細堅持一人製作保持食物質素,要食好嘢梗要畀啲耐性嘅
