上次到過銅鑼灣澳門逸園中心食飯見到有呢間新開業的磯野水產,早前食過海鮮濱燒,一直好回味, 所以想試下周圍既海鮮濱燒。先來前菜,好特別,有個小熱爐㷫住個魚醬,同新鮮青瓜及蘿蔔長條跟上,店員介紹魚醬叫鯷魚醬$30係用了多春魚和沙甸魚肉同秘製醬料製成,成個感覺好像蟹的甲羅燒,用清爽既青瓜同荀條點上醬汁味道剛好。主菜方面, 叫了個極盛盒海產套餐$1498,賣相好似道具般,好鼎盛!每樣都係主角,店員細分講出烹調方法及建議給我們選擇,逐一抄下,點算好就拎返入廚房泡製。有巨型響螺,選了切片做刺身, 脆口鮮甜,鮮味無窮,刀功超凡,切得薄薄的,夾起,有啲薄到通透。之後上赤蝦刺身超,超大隻肥美,肉質黏口,先原味食,鮮蝦味十足,另一啖沾少許豉油同芥末,另一風味,更帶出甜味。另一名貴食材,未曾食過,赤鯥魚,因魚味較夠鮮,當然以刺身上碟,旁邊有薑蓉紅蘿蔔蓉及蔥花酸汁, 沾少少食, 更帶出魚的鮮甜味, 旁邊還有擺設優美,雖然之前望落唔算大條,但拆骨起肉,可看出一大塊厚身魚肉,面層還炙燒過,一啖吃下,鮮甜帶焦香味,完全唔腥,魚肉爽口清甜, 難忘菜式!之後店員介紹兩個菜式推介分別有燒吞拿魚腦天額及牛仔肉,最終選了吞拿

之後店員介紹兩個菜式推介分別有燒吞拿魚腦天額及牛仔肉,最終選了吞拿魚腦天額$298
,因較有特色及名貴,吞拿魚額頭上的肉,是吞拿魚最好吃的部分,望落魚塊厚肉,已醃製了醬汁,剛才店員介紹叫後師傅係即切即醃,醃製約20-25分鐘,隨後由師傅用火槍在人客面前燒至外面焦香及半熟, 將魚油迫出,食落味道難以形容,味道較重但保留魚香味,最正係肉質滑嫩,腍身。

之後赤蝦天婦羅,蝦身及蝦頭都食得,夠晒脆。
松葉蟹腳,粗大,保留蟹既鮮味,蟹肉有質感,切好晒,容易刮出蟹柳。
