午餐時間經常嚟「煮打菜」用膳,因為碟頭飯勁大碟,自己KO一碟勁滿足,又或者一班同事叫幾個小菜食,是另外一種大滿足,每次必叫肉餅,因為肉質彈牙又爽口,令人回味無窮。碰巧今晚無飯食,拉埋同事陪我食埋個晚飯先走,準時六點放工去食,保証唔洗等位,仲可以坐到卡位。兩個人叫咗三個小菜,分別是「蜜椒吊燒骨」、 「糯米釀雞翼」及「蟹肉扒西蘭花」。「蜜椒吊燒骨」勁惹味,排骨的肉肥瘦相間,有少少黑椒味,面層炸到有少少脆,再淋上蜜糖汁,做到有少少焦化的口感,很有驚喜。而「糯米釀雞翼」的糯米飯有少少辣,似係泰式的風味。因為本身已經好夠味,完全唔洗「點」 附送嘅泰式辣醬。食完兩個相對濃味嘅小菜,最後食埋個清清地嘅「蟹肉扒西蘭花」,蟹肉份量十分多,生粉芡唔會太重口,如果可以加番少少顏色配搭,視覺上會更好看。

兩個人叫咗三個小菜,分別是「蜜椒吊燒骨」、 「糯米釀雞翼」及「蟹肉扒西蘭花」。「蜜椒吊燒骨」勁惹味,排骨的肉肥瘦相間,有少少黑椒味,面層炸到有少少脆,再淋上蜜糖汁,做到有少少焦化的口感,很有驚喜。


而「糯米釀雞翼」的糯米飯有少少辣,似係泰式的風味。因為本身已經好夠味,完全唔洗「點」 附送嘅泰式辣醬。

食完兩個相對濃味嘅小菜,最後食埋個清清地嘅「蟹肉扒西蘭花」,蟹肉份量十分多,生粉芡唔會太重口,如果可以加番少少顏色配搭
,視覺上會更好看。
