呢間餐廳係屯門好出名,有間姐妹店係隔離鋪位😚叫秋香,但出奇地今次食西餐~聚福樓 前一晚book位都仲有位,我就去左食啦! 記得我半年前食過,都仲覺得佢係好高質既西餐,但今次去,覺得普通左啲🥺唔知係咪叫既野食唔同左呢🧐燒原隻春雞、蜆肉蕃茄乾意粉同黑松露牛肝菌意大利飯🥰蜆肉意粉真係比較參差,雖然我中意食硬身既意粉,但佢真係有啲過硬,意粉唔能夠掛汁有啲可惜。而原隻春雞,佢會成隻上碟比左我地影相先然後再拎去廚房切開,幾細心。春雞唔會燒到太熟,肉汁亦然保留得住,配上特制既青醬都幾好食。但最好食既就係黑松露牛肝菌意大利飯,啖啖都有忌廉同洋蔥既味,配埋黑松露真係一絕🤤

而原隻春雞,佢會成隻上碟比左我地影相先然後再拎去廚房切開,幾細心。春雞唔會燒到太熟,肉汁亦然保留得住,配上特制既青醬都幾好食。
