之前吃過午餐覺得不錯,所以這次是特意來吃晚餐的。晚餐餐牌上由前菜都主食也有不少的選擇,看了一陣子終於選擇到吃什麼🤭。💥義式忌廉青口鍋 HKD$158,用蘑菇/蒜泥/黑醋汁/大蒜/青蔥/白葡萄酒加奶油製作而成的醬汁。上菜時已經聞到很強烈的蒜味🤤,醬汁味道香濃,喜歡吃蒜的可以一試😍。青口味道鮮甜大隻,吃完青口還可以用醬汁配蒜蓉多士吃,味道脆口挻不錯☺。💥A.O.P. 帕爾瑪火腿 Pizza HKD$138,用帕爾馬火腿/芝麻菜/馬蘇里拉/格蘭達帕達諾配大蒜醬亞洲奶酪製作而成的手工薄餅,上菜時已聞到陣陣香味🤤。職員會幫忙分件以便客人食用,挻貼心的服務。薄餅底脆邊煙韌的口感,配料味道適中不會太咸,整體味道不錯😋💕。💥Negroni HKD$78,用甜苦艾酒/金巴利/幹杜松子酒混合。面頭還有一片橙和裝飾令到賣相更佳,這杯酒味濃郁,而且帶點甜味挻香☺。💥Melon Soda HKD$48,用蜜瓜糖漿和梳打混合。面頭還有一片西柚果乾令到有種錯覺上錯飲品😂,飲落口就知飲品沒有來錯了🤣。
