To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

琴晚係奧海城睇戲之前，係附近搵野食，揀左呢間拉麵小店，主打札幌拉麵，著重用味噌做湯底，一於試試佢。🔸招牌牛油拉麵、北海道醬油拉麵🍜牛油拉麵係香港都比較少食到，呢個拉麵就正正係味噌湯底，湯底濃郁，加左牛油🧈唔油膩，都幾香。札幌拉麵除左味噌底，醬油湯底都係另一主打，所以另一碗就揀左醬油味，味道香濃，唔會過鹹。麵底幼身都幾彈牙。不過塊叉燒就無咩特別。🔸自家製餃子🥟炸雞🍗餃子真心好食！比起好多拉麵店個啲雪藏餃子，呢到既餃子餡料好豐富，脹卜卜，咬到冬菇粒，調味唔錯，煎得香口😋炸雞望落有啲乾，但一咬好有肉汁，而且都幾滑，有驚喜啊😛一人餐有拉麵、小食同飲品，都唔貴，小店仲有送薯仔沙律，估唔到都幾creamy，仲有洋蔥、芽菜，口感豐富。
