To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 昨天去了一家素食餐廳,刷新了我對素食好感呀!我不是素食者,對素食不了解,印象中的素食就是不吃肉,食點豆腐,蔬菜,羅漢齋等等,對我來說並不吸引! 去了這家,我覺得不錯呀!素魚生跟真魚生的外形有90%相似吃下去是冰冰的,還配了芥辣,雖然沒有魚生的油香,可是質感很相似,滑滑的,味道靠醬油和芥辣去提鮮! 夏天吃下去很冰涼。比味道,當然真的魚生好吃,油香的回甘很難代替,可是它是另一種風味,吃魚生有清新的那種感覺!叉燒包外型相似度95%,很逼真,吃下去就是甜甜的叉燒,和真的很相似,真的會比較硬一點,它是柔軟一點的! 沒有真叉燒肥肉的口感,二它比較不油,可能夾著夾膜吃感覺沒那麼油膩!素春卷和外面的沒甚麼差別。就是一炸好就送來。吃的時間熱呼呼,很脆,肉汁還在。最後一個是松子炒飯,它很像揚州炒飯! 就是多了松子,這個沒什麼特別之處我覺得這餐廳值得一去

跟真魚生的外形有90%相似
吃下去是冰冰的,還配了芥辣,雖然沒有魚生的油香,可是質感很相似,滑滑的,味道靠醬油和芥辣去提鮮! 夏天吃下去很冰涼。比味道,當然真的魚生好吃,油香的回甘很難代替,可是它是另一種風味,吃魚生有清新的那種感覺!
