To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 時常行過這間小店，今天終於試了$48一隻全雞，加$12烤雜菜，加$8一碗碗仔翅，加$3一小盒醬汁（牛肝菌醬汁）。烤雞：肉嫩多汁，連雞胸肉都是嫩的，好食。烤雜菜：滿滿一碗，種類算多，有：豆角，本菇，紅蘿蔔，洋蔥，椰菜花，正如其名，是烤出來的，味道很好。碗仔翅：味道正常，很多木耳，大碗一點會更好。醬汁：很細一盒，沒特別，可以不用加錢買了。總括，以上食物質素和價錢，算唔錯的體驗，份量二人用非常足夠，會再光顧。
