To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有驚喜喎

我訂枱果時以為係食西餐，點知到店外時，大家覺得間嘢裝修好中式， 諗梗會喎會係伏⋯坐低睇食咩時，有人入咗餐廳坐低又走返出去更驚。但星期五要轉埸好難，大家決定搏一搏⋯打開餐牌，又中又西，我諗可能啲人見到咁覺得唔對路走咗。由於一個朋友未到，我地就叫啲餃子&涼皮&雞翼&飲品醫肚。嘢飲嚟到，大家都覺得有驚喜，幾好飲！ 睇佢唔出喎之後涼皮同煎餃都好好味涼皮我地前後仲叫咗兩碟 最後雞翼都好yummy~另一個朋友到咗之後，我地又補叫咗湯餃、煎餃同雞翼，另外叫咗pizza &意粉（不過好多意粉都無）。Pizza 同意粉唔需要浪費時間介紹。好普通～意粉直頭味道怪⋯長話短說，嚟呢到係要食中式～特別係粉皮～粉皮加麻加辣無得頂因為佢嘅粉皮及煎餃，我俾個好評佢👍🏻
