To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

唔係第一次來食魚蛋粉星期六同女友來食, 叫咗兩碗魚蛋粉, 另加一碟韮菜花魚蛋粉當然係good啦! 但估唔到碟韮菜花咁好食, 下次佢有都要再食見到對呢度食評分歧都幾大, 有朋友話應來一試, 有朋友話名過其實我自己覺得呢度啲嘢幾好食, 但係咪唔來就後悔呢?. 見仁見智但我想講, 小弟每日係中環食飯, 起碼五十蚊, 但質素就...........相對係德昌, 用三十大元, 簡直係天淵之別係今日唯利是圖社會, "食"已經淪為商人揾錢工具, 亦有好多人只視"食"為裹腹之用或者, 任何一間餐廳, 只要對"食"有多一份尊重和執著, 就已經係令人值得再三回味悲哀? 無奈? 我唔知, 但我一定會再來德昌寫咗咁多無關痛養的癈話, 希望編輯多多包涵
