期待呢一日好耐啦,終於約到幾個朋友,生蠔愛好者都來吃飯,我哋特登揀咗出邊楚,親仲未好熱嘅時候坐喺outdoor chill下!叫咗個cheese platter,有最鍾意blue cheese 同cheddar cheese第一round order伴pinot GrigioArousa : 蠔味較淡,但大隻Irish preemium :爽甜有海水味,after taste悠長,love this one!Nomandie :富礦物味而且多汁gillardeau:蠔肉肥美香甜且帶淡淡的榛果香跟住叫咗份頂級法國藍青口(香草忌廉汁)見網上好多人話好食 ,點知啲青口三份二都唔新鮮,用忌廉汁蓋過咗。。。呢個。。。應該唔會有下次北海道生帶子簿片伴魚子醬依個入口Refreshing ,而且柚子醋汁令成個菜提升鮮味又黎多個round先伴 sauvignon blanc最尾叫返個carbonara做結尾,佢偏甜所以我哋都麻麻Overall佢啲冷盤同生蠔係正!熱盤可能要再試多啲不過相信有生蠔,白酒同朋友已經可以渡過一個好開心嘅晚上
