To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 相識多時,也闊別多時,現正旅居日本的友人回港小歇。有心的她相約一眾老朋友見面聚舊,當然欣然赴會。友人離港多時,吃的多是日本菜,特別掛念住家的味道,想吃些家常菜式,一位識飲識食的朋友建議來這間以「住家菜」為名的中菜館子,眾人一致贊成,並無異議,擇定日子,馬上成事。 這菜館我還是第一次來,店內部分檯與檯之間的空間雖然稍覺逼狹,環境尚佳,企理乾淨。先後點了多道大家都喜歡的菜式:「菜甫肉鬆煎蛋角」($78)、「鹹魚茸煎肉餅」($85)、「蟹籽黃金蝦」($108)、「果皮蒸多寶魚」($118)、「金銀蛋時蔬」($75)、「脆香琵琶豆腐」($75)、「蜆介鯪魚球」($85),再加「原煲老火例湯」($55)與這兒的特色「鮑魚雞粒竹筒飯」($85),豐富,也好味。當中尤以香口惹味的「蟹籽黃金蝦」、熱燙彈牙的「蜆介鯪魚球」和入味可口的「鮑魚雞粒竹筒飯」最得我的歡心。雖然這店子的招牌菜「阿嫲雞」已被預訂一空,因而未能吃到,也心滿意足了。 友人這夜帶來多瓶已絕版或是特別版的日本威士忌佐餐,有「白州」,有「山崎」,我不懂酒,但從識酒的友人口中,也知道所喝的,隨時是喝一瓶少一瓶的矜貴絕版貨,

友人這夜帶來多瓶已絕版或是特別版的日本威士忌佐餐,有「白州」,有「山崎」,我不懂酒,但從識酒的友人口中,也知道所喝的,隨時是喝一瓶少一瓶的矜貴絕版貨,而在稍嚐之下,即使我是品酒門外漢,也感覺到所喝的威士忌入口甘醇,辣而不嗆,是順喉好喝的美酒。
