滋味館每次見到都好多人買,而且出面仲有兩,三張枱。但由於佢距離彌敦道較入,每次不為然咁行過都已經食飽左幫襯唔到今日剛巧食唔飽經過,仍然係人來人往,行埋去見到炸脾非常大隻,跟住入面位哥哥就已經叫,食咩啊,隨便睇。因為太多人,佢下一句已經同其他講炸雞脾 hk20一盤已經炸好既雞脾,望落已經吸引。叫左之後佢會拎去返炸一陣,令到隻脾熱返之餘亦可以將個皮本來淋左都變脆返。顏色金黃,用炸粉炸到隻脾望落滋味,無炸燶既顏色,亦唔似用千年油炸到炭灰色。當隻脾拎上手真係有種剛炸起既香氣撲出,口水直流最好既係,我話咁大隻脾揸住有啲難食,佢立即二話不說咁拎住隻剛炸好既脾用較剪剪開5份。嘩,老實講已經好少細舖肯做呢樣野,好多時都係儘快將個小食遞比個客算數,呢間舖確係唔錯食落口隻脾好脆口,炸粉唔算多。不過因為再番炸,肉汁已經唔見哂,肉質都唔錯,咬落一扯就開,啖啖肉。炸得相當唔錯,雞味依然。由於剪開左,唔需要企起條街好狼狽咁食魚蛋 hk20/15粒魚旦就比較普通,用既係大粒既魚旦唔係陳皮魚旦,雖然煲既湯比較濃味,但魚旦一點魚肉味都無,口感非常淋,唔得總括,炸脾做得好,價錢普通,雖然番炸無哂肉汁,但換來時間。魚旦係每

總括,炸脾做得好,價錢普通,雖然番炸無哂肉汁,但換來時間。魚旦係每間小食店招牌菜,應該要惗惗如何改進了
