今天約左幾個朋友食飯,佢哋話帶我去試新野,係間新開既西餐,佢地話呢度食物味道唔錯,仲有甜品。呢間餐廳係銅鑼灣,所以地點都幾方便。入到去,牆上佈滿左好多綠色嘅植物,好似去左個花園食飯好有feel, 而且燈光比較陰暗,令人好放鬆好舒服望下個menu, 我地就諗住叫多d選擇,大家可以share嚟一齊食,就叫左美國安格斯肉眼同千島海鮮薄餅。首先就嚟咗個沙律同埋湯,湯係蕃茄湯,仲用個可愛嘅紅色咖啡杯裝住,味道酸酸甜甜。沙律就好fresh, 好新鮮。安格斯肉眼五成熟,牛肉味好濃,外面煎得好香,而入面顏色仲係粉紅色,肉質好嫩口。另外,碟既邊邊仲有少少海鹽,可以增加肉味。薯條好粗身,炸得好脆!千島海鮮薄餅比我想像大。我比較喜歡薄身既pizza, 冇咁鍾意厚批嘅Pizza。呢個就係薄身既pizza, 有魷魚蝦等等嘅海鮮,配埋千島汁同番茄汁,味道酸甜,好開胃仲叫左個鵝肝多士,鵝肝好甘香,多士厚身又夠脆甜品係乳酪雪糕,味道酸甜,不過個texture好得意,係煙煙韌靱,係煙韌既雪糕總括來講,呢度嘅氣氛同情調都唔錯,食物味道幾好,dinner set 仲有齊餐湯沙律主菜同甜品,好豐富!!
