餐廳隱身喺尖沙咀加連威老道的瑞生酒店裡邊,酒店同餐廳都走型格路線,由大門開始已相當有設計感,餐廳位於4樓,有室內和室外坐位,一邊係bar枱,一邊係用餐區,入到去非常有格調,裝修走暗黑藝術路線,配有不少樹脂流體藝術品🖼️配合燈光與投影,好有feel。1️⃣ 鮮蝦煙肉意式多士 Fresh Shrimp and Crispy Pancetta Crostini $68共有4塊,喺焗到香脆嘅多士🥖上塗上牛油果醬,仲有原隻爽口彈牙嘅鮮蝦🦐再配埋煙肉🥓和芝士🧀非常香口,鹹香味十足。2️⃣ 自家製焗蟹肉餅 Baked Crab Cake $128整個蟹肉餅做到外脆内軟,係一個有驚喜嘅小食🤩首先外層好酥脆,入面係滿滿一梳梳嘅蟹肉,非常鮮味,餅下面配左紅菜頭醬,同醃製過嘅車厘茄,十分清新,開胃得來唔會膩👍🏻3️⃣ 慢煮伊比亞黑豚肉 Sous-vide lberico Pork $198擺碟都幾靚,將黑豚肉🐗厚切成4份,由於係慢煮嘅關係,肉質仍然呈粉紅色,外層輕輕煎過之後帶點香脆,肉味非常濃郁,配上梨蓉🍐做嘅醬汁、新鮮蘆筍同埋奶油味濃嘅薯蓉,整體配搭非常好。4️⃣ 燴澳洲牛面頰 Braised Australian Bee

牛面頰肉燜得非常軟腍又入味,根本不需要用刀切,食落有少少粘稒嘅口感,應該係已經煮出膠質,而且份量十足,醬汁好香濃,底下有塊糖心蘿蔔,甜得黎仲吸收咗牛肉嘅精華味道,仲配有一條牛肉薯餅,非常滿足🤗

總的來說,餐廳環境舒適,而且店員友善又勤快,如果想係尖沙咀搵個有格調嘅地方chill下,又唔太多人嘅地方,呢度係唔錯嘅選擇。
