To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上次試過係同一條街既cafe，今日路過想食港式茶餐廳，就揀左哩間試試。餐牌都係正常港式茶記選項，價錢都平民，$47一份有埋湯同野飲我地各自叫左一個E餐 胡椒鹹菜豬肚湯飯同F餐 蒜蓉雞扒腸仔意粉。個餐湯大大碗，飲落無味精👍🏻蒜蓉雞扒腸仔意粉就普普通通，係勝在夠大碟，有兩條腸仔加塊大雞扒。不過雞扒就煮得有啲鞋。但真係好大好大份！完全食唔晒😂至於個胡椒鹹菜豬肚湯飯就好有驚喜！估唔到佢極足料，豬肚份量多，仲有雲耳、枝竹等。個湯都好夠味。哩到樣樣都份量大大份，最推薦係個湯飯！
