食落意粉好有咬口,個cream包圍晒d意粉好滑,需然個乾魚籽醬冇魚籽醬噤咸香,但已經能另到個意粉提鮮更加美味

法國油浸鴨腿:當準備用刀叉切開鴨腿時,先發覺唔使用力切,就能將鴨腿分開
鴨腿好入味非常香囗,入口即化,冇油膩感
唔使點汁都夠晒味,薯蓉同其他地方食到嘅唔同,味道美味
囗感好creamy得來唔係全部溶晒,而係感覺到有細細薯仔粒嘅感覺

後來問咗廚師個鴨腿原來醃咗之後再經過慢煮所以入晒味
至於個薯蓉係用新鮮原隻薯仔用雞湯浸完,再人手用匙羹慢慢將佢壓成薯蓉,然後用牛油炒成,呢個真係比到我驚喜

食完呢餐覺得呢間真係有水準有驚喜,同廚師傾計佢哋嘅理念話想比最好嘅嘢食客品嚐和唔想食客食嗰晚餐都噤趕,所以上菜速度會比較慢d,等食客慢慢享用,如果唔趕時間想傾吓計可以試吓呢間
