今午約了好友來到銅鑼灣一間意大利餐廳用膳,由於時間尚早,人客不算太多,地方佈置頗有特色,椅背都有美麗的圖案或名人肖像,美觀兼得意。早已聽聞此店的午市套餐相當有水準而且價錢合理,看過餐牌,點了慢煮西班牙黑毛豬鞍和西冷牛扒。頭盤是紅菜頭湯,不單鮮甜味美,紅菜頭益處多多,不但可減慢癌細胞生長速度及腦退化症惡化,更有助降血壓,不少運動好手靠進食紅菜頭增強耐力。西冷牛排用美國穀飼牛,五成熟,肉質嫩滑多汁,配以法國邊豆,香脆薯條,十分滋味。高温煎豬扒會令肉質堅硬,今次吃的低溫慢煮黑毛豬鞍能令豬扒做得很鬆軟多汁,配以露筍和芥末籽忌廉汁,簡直近乎完美,薯蓉香滑,多吃都不會像薯條那麼熱氣。最後有香濃咖啡,人均消費$163,盡享美味的一餐。一
