To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有水準的米線，麻辣湯過癮

今天因為要取件的原故來到了官塘，取件後正值午飯時候於是決定附近找間餐廳醫肚。走著走著眼前看到這間招牌上寫著「米線專門店」的餐廳，平時多數吃譚仔的我好奇想試試。我點了雞肉，薄牛肉 麻辣湯米線。米線來到時已聞到一陣陣麻香，忍不住先是試了一口湯。湯底麻中帶辣，非常醒胃。雞肉應該用了雞髀肉，口感嫩滑。薄牛肉真的是薄薄的一片片，有牛味又不會像肥牛般肥膩，不像出面一般用的牛肉片。而米線煮得剛好，質感爽口又不會太硬太淋，值得一讚。總括來說算是有水準的米線店，會想再來試試
