忙碌的工作後,來到九龍城覓食,九龍城除了泰國菜多之外,還有很多好吃的菜館,今天和同事來到獅子石道的《聚味軒》食小菜。餐廳裝修古色古香,圓枱加圓櫈,但倚子沒有背pan,可能老人家會坐得辛苦些。《霸王雞半隻》 $138霸王雞果然是招牌菜,雞皮薄得透徹,皮下脂肪略有少許,雞肉肉質鮮嫩幼滑,絕對美味。《金薯和牛粒》$98蜜餞過的薯仔味道香甜,咬落非常爽口,果然不是一般的薯仔。和牛粒切成方塊,剛好一口一粒,牛粒軟滑,有入口即溶的感覺,先有甜香後有黑椒的香味。《真功夫炒飯》$88這炒飯果真落了功夫,雖然材料不太多,但卻出奇地好吃,眼見材料只有酸菜、雞蛋和蔥花,但飯粒分明,味道融洽,很是不錯。《金銀蛋白菜仔》$88廚房沒有莧菜,所以改了白菜仔,配上金銀蛋和香菇,一樣清甜好味難得找到一間食物水準咁高的菜館,下次一定再來光顧。

《霸王雞半隻》 $138
霸王雞果然是招牌菜,雞皮薄得透徹,皮下脂肪略有少許,雞肉肉質鮮嫩幼滑,絕對美味。

蜜餞過的薯仔味道香甜,咬落非常爽口,果然不是一般的薯仔。和牛粒切成方塊,剛好一口一粒,牛粒軟滑,有入口即溶的感覺,先有甜香後有黑椒的香味。
