To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 太古城北京樓一向保持到水準,今次同家人一行四人去食片皮鴨。平時食飯兩個人用某信用卡賣單半價,今次四個人用某信用卡就75折。首先片皮鴨好香滑,鴨味濃,味道滿意。我哋再叫片皮鴨二食做鴨鬆包生菜,一樣好味道。雲吞雞係每次必食嘅餸菜之一,湯底龍,雞味夠,每次去一定要飲。萵筍絲炒得好香甜可口,屋企永遠做唔到呢種味道。紅米炒飯粒粒分明,師傅好功夫。飯面有幾粒麥芽㭘桃,配上飯一齊食,另有一番滋味。呢個京蔥炒牛肉片,反而令人有點失望,一D牛肉味都冇,總之叫京蔥羊肉好過。因為有某信用卡,成餐飯都係八百幾蚊,真係抵到爛,簡直係抗通脹之選!
