兩餸飯,真係冇得輸!現在發展到有埋海鮮,更加俾佢玩晒!但两餸飯也是需要挑選的。有些兩餸飯店,搞到很混亂,菜盤内成盤汁水,看見都冇胃口。兩餸飯,如果有堂食,冷枭足,乾净,炒的菜够乾身,基本上就合格了。再加上味道佳,生意就一定好。而生意好的兩餸飯,則保証食物不會擺放太久。這一家興旺厨房,新開在上環蘇杭街。蘇杭街一向是食街,街不長但餐廳食店有幾十間,中西日泰,平貴都有。而這一家新開祗是不久,生意已經很好,做到冇停手。我吃的是三餸,煎海蝦竟然很美味!有點喜出望外。 $47,包蓮藕湯(註:三餸飯 $45,選蝦要多加 $2。)。蒸蛋很滑,炒椰菜/粉絲夠乾身,好味。都很能下飯,是勞動階層的恩物。這裡有堂食,但座位不多。反而厨房很大。現炒的菜是不斷捧出来的。
