To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

宇治納言貝果 🥯 $24下午茶來個Bagel和熱茶真是享受～這款Bagel是 #品穀 的出品口感頗紮實 有嚼勁帶淡淡抹茶回甘 與甜甜的紅豆很配但內餡的麻糬實在不夠煙韌份量也不算多 有點可惜還是想念之前期間限定的抹茶牛角包......Got this uji matcha & red bean bagel from @big_grains ! The matcha flavour is not that strong, but it pairs well with the sweet red bean paste. The bagel itself is quite chewy, yet the mochi inside is not soft & stretchy enough A slight disappointment. (Miss their limited matcha lava croissant back in November so much! 🥐)
