To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這間飲品店已成為長洲掃街必到小店多年,除了因為乳酪飲品出名外,還有它的「長洲站」打卡牆也是吸引不少遊客的一大原因。這天一場來到長洲,我也與朋友點了兩杯飲品來打卡,一盡遊客本分。———————————————————————莓莓角酪⭐️⭐️粉紅色乳酪配上士多啤梨果肉,賣相一流。入口草莓味香濃,甜度適中,與乳酪的酸味互相配合。另外含有紫米,雖然是這店的特色,但本人認為紫米太硬,亦令飲品飽足感增加,對於專程在長洲掃街的遊客來說,這杯飲品未免霸佔了太多胃容量。而乳酪質地濃稠,未能帶來清爽感覺反而帶來負擔,在大熱天時下,這杯乳酪並不是一個好的消暑解渴選擇。柚露梳打⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️這杯梳打反而有驚喜,杯中含有大量西柚果肉,味道酸甜而不苦澀。梳打甜度適中,整體感覺清爽,在32度的氣溫下消暑一流👍唯一可以挑剔的是部分果肉過大,經常塞在飲管中,飲用時稍為不方便。———————————————————————總結招牌乳酪雖然味道好,但太過厚身,適合作為飯後甜品多過飲品。
