To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

支持小店系列💕 聽聞屏山老地方有多款獨特口味嘅肉餅，例如芒果/榴槤煎肉餅，大阪燒墨魚肉餅 ⋯⋯ 不過今日第一次幫襯，保守啲，試咗啲基本口味先🤭-環境就係茶餐廳格局，有一份餐牌全部都係介紹肉餅，淨係肉餅竟然多達50款以上🤯🍖 六重芝士煎肉餅飯 $65 👍🏻唔知點解諗起豬柳蛋漢堡，滿滿嘅麥當勞風味🤣 感受唔到六重芝士既層次，但芝士拉到絲，夠香口，邊位脆脆地，帶點焦香。撇除芝士，本身份煎肉餅已經幾好食😋😋🍖 黑椒香蔥煎肉餅飯 $51比較平實嘅口味，黑椒味較突出，香蔥味略嫌不足。煎肉餅夠大份，口感相當好，唔會厚實同鞋口🥹 -總結：呢個價錢無野可以挑剔了。雖然賣相頹啲，但價錢親民，味道同用料有誠意，值得去支持下😋

唔知點解諗起豬柳蛋漢堡，滿滿嘅麥當勞風味🤣 感受唔到六重芝士既層次，但芝士拉到絲，夠香口，邊位脆脆地，帶點焦香。撇除芝士，本身份煎肉餅已經幾好食😋😋
