平時都好少會去西環,今次去探下朋友隨便食埋晚餐,我就去左朋友介紹嘅《曜謨》。淨係睇個名就估唔到食乜,原來佢地係食日式串燒嘅居酒屋。價錢相當親民,一於食餐飽。前菜$18青瓜雪梨蘿蔔,加上自家製嘅麵豉醬,開胃小食雞翼串 $36外層燒到好香脆,咬開裡面雞肉又鮮嫩多汁,好值得一試。月見豬肉棒 $38用豬肉碎整成嘅豬肉棒,外層燒到微焦,內層肉質好有嚼勁。食之前攪拌好日式生雞蛋再沾下蛋醬一齊食,口感會順滑好多。雞頸肉串 $32呢個部位嘅肉真係都好特別,我都係第一次食,肥瘦適中咬落有嚼勁八爪魚燒餅 $28用蛋漿混合八爪魚粒煎成燒餅,上面再加入木魚片。木魚片受熱氣推動變得好似識郁咁,好得意。食落蛋香味好重,內裡又好鬆軟,八爪魚又好彈牙。燒廣島蠔串 $38師傅預先用竹簽串起廣島蠔,咁食戈時就方便好多。食之前加幾滴檸檬汁,蠔身好飽滿蠔味又重。牛舌心串 $58雖然係厚切,但係食落其實好軟腍,牛肉味重又多汁。汁燒日本豆腐串 $28估唔到豆腐都可以燒到咁香脆,外層吸引哂秘製醬汁,食落咸香味一流。芝士燒牛油果$28燒牛油果又真係第一次試,平時居酒屋都好少會見到。上面放左芝士再燒乾,芝味濃郁,然後牛油果肉又好幼滑。

雞翼串 $36
外層燒到好香脆,咬開裡面雞肉又鮮嫩多汁,好值得一試。

雖然係厚切,但係食落其實好軟腍,牛肉味重又多汁。

日本雪糕 $25
是日雪糕係豆腐味同埋抹茶味。我自己就最鍾意豆腐味,豆味香濃又唔會膩。
