去到尖沙咀食嘢,見到呢一間排長龍嘅拉麵,非常受歡迎,一定好好食。於是我同朋友等咗一陣,大概15分鐘左右,就到我哋啦!其實都算快。一到去發現原來只有兩種麵,一種就係普通嘅豚骨拉麵,另外一種就加左蝦乾嘅豚骨拉麵啦 。咁我哋就叫咗兩個套餐呀一個就跟沙律另外一個跟餃子。蟹子沙律好似有少少wasabi味呀,感覺都幾清新。但係我就比較鍾意餃子多啲啦,入面都有唔少嘅蔬菜,感覺好健康,而且煎得啱啱好,幾香口。蝦味噌豚骨拉麵個湯底好濃,個口味都算幾重呀,如果想要淡味啲,就都係建議叫番豚骨拉麵。 溏心蛋超好食,又甜又滑!叉燒都燒得唔錯。豚骨湯麵湯底據說是反覆煲2至3次,共約7至8小時才成,湯色奶白而清澈豬骨味道濃郁。拉麵幼身順滑兼彈牙。由廚師重點炮製的叉燒肥瘦均勻,味道可口,但只得2片,吊人胃口。同碗仲有一隻流心蛋微甜軟滑不太膩。整體性價比不俗,難怪可以日賣過百碗。
