To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

🎶勿演懶肉實小勒，有譚仔歌，點可以冇三哥😂魚腐煳辣米線($36)去親三哥，最鍾意食煳辣湯底，惹味又香濃，好多人以為煳辣姐係胡椒，實情係將香料炒香再煮嘅湯，所以食落有好重嘅孜然味，香口！而且有得揀辣度， 10少辣啱我呢啲鍾意香口又唔食得太辣嘅人✌🏻魚腐係我嘅至愛，魚肉味重，而且彈牙，好有口感🥰解辣蘋果酸 (跟餐+$10)酸酸甜甜好爽，對於唔係好食辣嘅我，簡直係恩物，因為食咗半碗米線開始，都覺得有啲辣，飲幾啖即刻解辣🤩繼續再食都得🤤辛蒜燒茄子 ($19)燒茄子嘅秘密，就係要有耐性，因為茄子要燒得夠淋，就要落油慢慢燒，呢個茄子做到👍🏻加埋辛蒜嘅香辣惹味，好好食丫🤤 正常一個米線都係$35左右，平價食個lunch，細食嘅OL仲可以叫「少米線」平$1下午茶時段仲有素食系列，有機會要試下先
