To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有質素同好味既晚餐

之前聽朋友介紹呢間意壽司店好好味，價錢又ok, 甘啱喺呢邊同朋友行完街就行過黎試吓！我地三個人一開始點了炸三文魚皮，脆卜卜又大塊，食完好想再食，之後再嗌左赤貝，帆立貝，海膽，和牛壽司……好新鮮 ！然後就到大頭蝦刺身，我真係第一次食，超爽口~ 出面好少有甘食，同埋炸埋蝦頭，好多膏喺入面，好脆好香！再黎一個焗蠔，好難得焗完隻蠔仲係肥嘟嘟，忍吾住影低佢，食落就吾洗講，正！我地仲有嗌理蝦同金菇天婦羅，魷魚＆蒸蛋，嗌到有D失控…… 但最後都要試埋朋友推介既鵝肝和牛粒石頭鍋飯，呢個真係要再食，鵝肝同和牛粒煎得好香，食入囗好多肉汁，撈埋一齊個飯好juicy！真係食到好飽，下次一定要帶埋媽咪黎食，佢可以食熟食，我食刺身，吾洗爭！
