To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我好喜歡選擇丼丼屋外賣送餐，因為佢嘅外賣好有保證，我飯同汁都會分開之餘，送到屋企嘅時候同堂食冇乜大分別。最喜歡佢嘅滑蛋牛肉飯，因為滑蛋超級滑，牛肉又唔會韌，兩者配合白飯非常好味，小朋友嘅至愛。另外魚生飯亦都好新鮮，有好多選擇。無論蝦、魚，定係帶子刺身到保持到新鮮。另外，隨餐可以加小食，例如芝麻雞翼、白酒煮蜆、炸魷魚鬚都非常香口惹味。價錢亦十分合理，同其他日本餐廳相比，價錢相若，但感覺佢哋的食物比較有保證、有質素。
