To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

喺旺角區屹立不倒的米線鋪，雲桂香。比起譚仔更早發起的米線連鎖店。同樣有小鍋、涼拌、熱拌選擇，款式甚多。小鍋米線湯底較酸，適合好酸之徒。米線彈牙，份量剛好。推介該店的豬頸肉，雖然放落湯汁內，脆度稍有影響，但肉質新鮮，帶有淡淡豬油香，爽口彈牙。我最喜歡的就是涼拌系列，涼拌之下米線質地比小鍋米線更彈牙。雞絲唔算太乾身，份量充足。炸醬屬於多肉偏瘦，混合乾辣椒碎，少少辛辣更開胃！最欣賞的是這家涼拌不會過多汁而令食到尾時，米線會過咸。早一排去過見到樓面非常散慢，明明有飲品及米線在廚房出時，都無樓面會去拿，意見反映後這次再去覺得進步很多，上菜速度和態度都有改善，欣賞！

我最喜歡的就是涼拌系列，涼拌之下米線質地比小鍋米線更彈牙。雞絲唔算太乾身，份量充足。炸醬屬於多肉偏瘦，混合乾辣椒碎，少少辛辣更開胃！最欣賞的是這家涼拌不會過多汁而令食到尾時，米線會過咸。



早一排去過見到樓面非常散慢，明明有飲品及米線在廚房出時，都無樓面會去拿，意見反映後這次再去覺得進步很多，上菜速度和態度都有改善，欣賞！
