To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

馬鞍山近來開了幾家食店，我又來搵食了，熱愛日本料理的我們，本來想吃壽司，眼看這家人流不少，便決定一試！店內位置多，卡位會較寬敞，環境乾淨，餐具潔淨，每張枱已備有水和杯，很有日本餐廳的感覺，是室溫水，不是冰水。滑蛋豬扒丼 $98小朋友至愛，蛋7成熟，與飯拌勻後變剛剛熟，非常嫩滑，炸豬扒肉質嫩，外脆內軟，配上炸過的香甜洋蔥，好送飯+$15有湯、沙津和薯茸黑咖哩牛肉飯 $70濃濃的香甜黑咖哩，配上肥牛薄片、香甜洋蔥絲，汁多夠惹味+$28 有野菜天婦羅定食、湯、沙津和薯茸天婦羅粉漿不算厚，炸得香脆可口不油膩，南瓜🎃甜味道不錯，職員態度友善，會再來的
