To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有進步既咖喱牛腩

咖喱牛腩都算係大家樂好出名既菜式，最近佢地出左個新既配方整既咖喱，我都走左去試。雖然十二點幾去到呢度，但比我預期既小人。咖喱牛腩飯果然改良過，牛腩鮮嫩，好夠淋。又好夠肉味，juicy非常。牛腩肥瘦適中，好好食。而牛根既味道唔錯，食完都唔會覺得好肥膩。另外，加一蚊就有塊酥餅，我食果陣係新鮮熱辣，好好食架。呢塊餅最好趁熱食，唔係會變得好油膩。凍奶茶都係咁好飲，不過今次落奶落得重手左，但都可以接受既。雖然咖喱出左好耐，但大家樂會去作出改良，等我地每次都會有新既驚喜。我覺得同快活比，大家樂既咖喱係無咁多油，而且係好夠味既。快活既咖喱就真係唔好加辣，因為加辣就等於加油。

果然改良過，牛腩鮮嫩，好夠淋。又好夠肉味，juicy非常。牛腩肥瘦適中，好好食。而牛根既味道唔錯，食完都唔會覺得好肥膩。
另外，加一蚊就有塊酥餅，我食果陣係新鮮熱辣，好好食架。呢塊餅最好趁熱食，唔係會變得好油膩。
