和幾個友人相聚,來到這一間京川菜館,餐廳裝飾走古色路線,燈光環境較暗,即使當晚坐滿客人,也沒感覺嘈吵,很適合三五知己共聚一餐-老北京炒飯(京蔥蛋炒飯) $108金黃色的炒飯,炒得顆粒分明,吃得出每粒飯都沾有蛋汁,充滿鑊氣,蛋蔥香味四散,十分開胃-北京烤鴨 $258(半隻)吃京菜最著名一定是北京片皮鴨,我們點了半隻試試,份量頗多,片皮鴨鴨香味十足,外皮酥脆鬆化,肉質嫩且滑,個人喜歡這裏的餅皮偏薄,加入青瓜和甜醬等配菜口感十分豐富,朋友們都讚好!-二食:津白鴨骨湯 $100他們的二食是用剛才片皮鴨的鴨骨熬湯,這是一道出乎意料之外好渴的湯!湯是非常濃稠的奶白色,真材實料湯裏有鴨骨和鴨肉使湯汁更入味,加上津白令湯味更清甜-老北京炒麵 $128炒麵濕潤、多汁,面質偏彈牙,有點像烏冬或拉麵,有椰菜絲、紅蘿蔔絲,簡單配料卻又很有惹味,很好吃!-宮保雞丁 $128雞丁麻香微辣,雞肉嫩而不油,加上脆口的花生,充滿香氣,配以白飯十分開胃
