To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有💖有驚喜- 晚市蒸🐟套餐

這個月有很多朋友飯聚，開支不少，這晚既沒有住家飯，街上又下著大雨，就決定吃得經濟一點、簡單一點就算！來到九龍灣美心food2，看過電子餐牌，就決定試「蒸魚套餐」。因為$68有原條清蒸黃花魚，而且還有例湯及油菜，可算是相當抵食！雖然魚浸了很多油，以為在吃油浸魚呢～幸好魚有鮮味，蒸得很嫩滑，爭回不少分數。油菜有點失色，菜心苗太幼、欠咬勁，加上不夠熱。至於例湯方面，是節瓜湯，有湯料、咸度剛好，整體不錯！
