To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚入荃灣同朋友飯聚，老友介紹呢間真係幾得，大碟夾抵食客家蛋卷煲好得意，好特別，好有內涵，又有湯，菜，粉絲好多料，抵食蒸白鱔都好正，可能我好鍾意食海鮮，所以我超LIKE個鱔，好新鮮，蒸得岩岩好。最重要係又平，又大碟，又好味，不過記得訂位啊，都好多人架同埋怕嘈就唔好啦，呢度係有冷氣既大排擋館
