To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前經過睇廣告，見到出咗兩款韓式新米線，好奇之下，試咗其中一款。侍應姐姐服務親切，係樂富三間連鎖式米線舖入面，服務最好嘅一間，所以而家食米線多數嚟呢度。落單之前，要加錢嘅嘢佢哋會清楚講明，亦會確定客人叫嘅嘢。（有次我要求轉菜底，個姐姐再三講「轉菜底無米線㗎喎」。😂😂）點咗烤豬柳芝士泡菜撈米線。芝士同泡菜都係我喜愛嘅食材，加上撈米線呢個配搭又幾新鮮，所以決定試呢過。另外加金菇、五小辣，再叫杯熱檸蜜。嚟到賣相不錯，都幾足料。芝士醬撈埋米線呢個配搭以為好奇怪，食落又唔係，都幾夾吓，最難得嘅係就算食到尾都唔會覺得好漏。豬柳肉質夠鬆，唔會死實實，可惜鹹咗少少。尤其芝士本身已經係濃味嘅汁，加埋變得更鹹。呢度要扣返少少分。雖然味道不錯，但加個餸配嘢飲就六十幾蚊埋單。所以未必會再食啦。
