To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 週日飲午市時段,即使提早拿飛都等左個半鐘先有位,仲要入場先話你聽,限時飲得個半鐘,佢會同你計足時間。點心算係ok,一籠點心要$37-42到,茶位$12一位。但上菜速度慢,搭定個半鐘個樓面已經拿張單埋黎,催你埋單,但有點心十分鐘之前先到檯。明明仲未食完,佢竟然可以無問過你,執走曬你d餐具。無服務、無禮可言,真係好唔想俾加一服務費。以後都唔會再幫襯~
