To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

沙田科學園是假日的好去處 有很多空間給小朋友玩耍 尤其是在吐露港旁 望著海景秋風送爽 更有各式各樣的食肆 今天我去了一間大眾化酒樓 - 喜慶盛讌事實是分別為2個店鋪 我去的是囍慶對面的盛讌 面積很大 有表演臺可以用作迷你演唱會 裝修光猛明亮 座位間隔闊落 有自動送餐機 穿梭往來 是一般酒樓少見的食物是常見的品種 點心價格比一般的酒樓略貴 味道不是很突出但合格 其中以燒腩仔最出色 收費不貴 其餘的XO醬炒蘿蔔糕 等等也不差只是炸兩腸內的油炸鬼很油膩 入口感覺一口都是油 蝦餃皮比較厚值得一讚是所有服務員都很好禮貌 執枱也快 工作效率很高 是一般酒樓少見的
