We were in Causeway Bay, near Sogo area. We called Nice Sushi at about 8pm, asking if they have a table for 2. The waitress said we can just walk over and there was no need to reserve. Okay, it took us 5 mins to walk over. When we arrived, she said there is no table. And she said another 2 persons have taken the table. What service is this?! She said she thought the other 2 persons were us!? Okay, we stayed patient and asked if she can arrange another table. She said they are "opening"
Okay, we stayed patient and asked if she can arrange another table. She said they are "opening" a new table for us. Then, another 5 mins passed. We chased again, asking why it took so long to "open" a table. Normally, if you were her, I think you would go inside and urge the other waiters to do it quicker. Tell you what, she just stood there and said, "they are still opening the table", without feeling sorry or taking any action.
Then, she said a small circular table has been opened for us. We moved in, and suddenly she stopped us and said she can give us a bigger rectangular table that can sit 4 persons. So we waited for a few more minutes as the other waiters are cleaning up that table. Then we moved in again and found that they are breaking up the table into 2 smaller tables. She was indifferent again on our concern. We then "e e or or" and then the other waiters agreed to merge the tables together.
The above has already ruined our dinner. I don't want to mention about the food, as there was nothing special that I want to mention.
