To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 落單黑色衫帶口音既女人態度極差。落餐時個女人啲語氣態度係極度令人反感。個餐嚟錯仲要帶有諷刺性去質疑。結果當然係佢地廚房出錯啦，同佢講無餐具，佢居然叫我自己過隔離檯自己攞，埋單叫我自己攪。阿姐你地食飯唔係大哂，個場好似街市咁，啲雜物放哂係樓面，衛生又差，又無冷氣，啲經理樓面當係公園咁個個大大聲講鄉下話，大佬呀比啲服務態度，服務精神啦。啲樓面見到有熟人經過就出去同人傾計，個餐係咪等你傾完先出？總之奉勸大家唔好去。
