To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

和好友2人來此嘆個自助晚餐..有段小插曲,竟然給我們見到富商鄭家純來巡視業務...我戲言叫友人過去索簽名(最好簽落支票果度啦!!)友人梗係啋我都傻啦!!煙三文魚----厚切太咸,中意薄切多D三魚魚、甜蝦、北寄貝----師博應要求俾,頗大方凍蝦----還可以蟹蓋----有羔,可以一吃翡翠螺---有沙燒牛肉----太多筋,冇肉味牛仔扒---叫做好過燒牛肉各式熱盤---不值一提 Tiramisu-----呢個值得一讚,又香又軟又好味,甜度適中,其實食物質素一般,但服務真的很好,待應收碟勤快,有禮..後來友人餐飲花荼,問待應拿問蜜糖,待應亦十分樂意....

翡翠螺---有沙

燒牛肉----太多筋,冇肉味

牛仔扒---叫做好過燒牛肉

各式熱盤---不值一提

Tiramisu-----呢個值得一讚,又香又軟又好味,甜度適中,

其實食物質素一般,但服務真的很好,待應收碟勤快,有禮..

後來友人餐飲花荼,問待應拿問蜜糖,待應亦十分樂意....
